So I just finished my 30 day butt challenge http://pin.it/QOuXZ10 and I can say that it definitely works. It took a good two weeks before I visually noticed a difference but from day one I felt the physical difference. The challenge works lots of muscle groups and it definitely helped with my balance. With it taking a little to notice results I can understand how some people, myself included, can get discouraged but with this I’ve realized how important it is to keep at it. Exercise can become addictive with how good it makes you feel. Elle Woods wasn’t kidding about those endorphins. I have more energy and strength and even on those days I’m tired I know I owe it to myself to keep at it and work for the results I want. Onto the next challenge. Let’s see where I’m at in a month.
