Workout blues 

So it’s almost the middle of July and let’s be honest, my bikini body is not as bikini ready as I’d like it to be. Don’t get me wrong this isn’t a body-shaming post, I love my body and think all of us need to be a little kinder to ourselves and each other and realize how awesome we really are. That being said I’m finding it hard to stay on track with menu planning and workout schedules being so busy with work and school stuff. 

Think I may have found a solution. I’ve found a few articles that give short workouts to get done on those days when you’re too busy to get in a solid hour workout, which let’s be honest, for a lot of us that’s everyday. I want to track my progress and see how it works out. Fingers crossed 🙂
