So my body is weird. Lately I’ve been craving oatmeal. Now not so random except for the fact that I haven’t had oatmeal in about 15 years and the last time I had it I hated it. No idea why the shift all of the sudden but I’m good with it. Anything that’s going to help me start breakfast with a healthy step forward I am so there.
And I can’t believe this but I’m now in the habit of making my bed in the morning. It is now officially part of my morning routine. I get up, make my bed (yes even before coffee…insane I know), then I can carry on with the rest of my morning. It’s such a simple thing but it really does start my day off with a nice relaxed vibe.
Work was the usual so I won’t bore you guys to death reading about it. On my way home I did listen to an incredibly illuminating podcast I’ll share though. It definitely gave me helpful insights I needed to hear today.
With all the issues I’ve been having with work, it can be a little taxing on my mind. Fortunately for me, I’ve learned that everything happens when we need it. I’ve recently stumbled upon helpful tools for both my blog, and day job. I’m incredibly grateful for these opportunities and these instances occurring at this time is such a needed moment I’ve been waiting and working towards.
