Finally back at work, and yes I know that sounds a little sad. But in all honesty, after being sick for a solid week I was starting to miss work and my routine.
Thankfully my first day back went by crazy fast, thank you Mondays for being your usual speedy selves. It’s like every time I blink, three hours have gone by. Only downside to this lightspeed work day is that I never seem to feel like I’ve gotten anything done.
I did have some good news on the work front so that makes me happy but I’ll keep it under wraps until it’s official (internal happy dance only).
Unfortunately didn’t get a good workout in today. I was running around crazy at work and got in an extra long walk before work so that helped at least give me a little bit of a workout. I’ll see if I can make up for it tomorrow with some weights and cardio.
Hopefully this week keeps going up because I’d really be a big fan of that.
Never give up. Even when you get seriously discouraged keep trying. No matter how discouraged or defeated youbfeel, keep going. If you want something bad enough you will work as hard as you can to achieve your goals. You can do what you believe you can; so set those goals and then crush them.
